KIEV, Dec. 22 – Britain's Crown Agents after two months of negotiations with the Finance Ministry is ready to provide customs services, Crown Agents Senior Advisor Paul Richards said.

"As far as we know the ministry is to make a concrete decision by the end of the year. However, there is doubt that the decision would be made," he said at the forum devoted to the customs reforms held in Kiev on Tuesday.
