KIEV, Dec. 22 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P) and the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) are providing a financing package of up to EUR 14 million to Chernivtsi aimed at improving the municipal district heating services.

The bank said in a press release that the project will help increase energy and cost efficiency and improve the financial sustainability of the municipal district heating utility Chernivtsiteplokomunenergo.
