KIEV, Dec. 22 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny says it is against the introduction of a regular fee for the use of the gas distribution network as proposed by the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation.

"As for the introduction of the regular fee for the use of the gas distribution network… Naftogaz, as one of the players on Ukraine's gas market, is against such an approach," Naftogaz CEO Andriy Kobolev wrote on Facebook on Monday.
