KIEV, Dec. 21 – The European Commission initially planned to include several conditions in its report on the implementation of the Action Plan on Visa Liberalization (VLAP) by Ukraine but these were avoided through negotiations, President Petro Poroshenko said.

"I want to tell you that on Wednesday, when I was about to fly to Brussels, the conditions were still in the report, meaning that certain conditions were laid down which should have preceded the legislative initiative of the European Commission to the European Council and the European Parliament," he said in an interview with Inter TV channel, aired on Sunday evening.
