NAIROBI, Dec. 16 - Kiev believes it will succeed in reaching an agreement at three-party consultations at the ministerial level, to be held in Brussels on December 21, allaying Russian concerns over Ukraine's association agreement with the EU, Ukrainian Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister Natalia Mykolska told journalists on Wednesday on the sidelines of the WTO conference in Nairobi.
Ukraine is ready to discuss the possibility of establishing brief transition periods - lasting two-three years - for a number of technical regulations, said Mykolska, who is Ukraine's trade representative.
