MINSK, Dec. 16 - Ukraine's Association Agreement with the European Union, which will come into effect as of January 1, 2016, is not creating risks for Russia alone, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said.
"I simply want to warn you - Ukraine's agreement with the EU will come into effect as of January 1. Naturally, this agreement doesn't worry Russia alone, even though concerns were expressed earlier too, over a year ago," Lukashenko said at a conference on the operations of law enforcement and defense bodies on Wednesday, as quoted by the BelTA news agency.
