KIEV, Dec. 15 – Ukraine is collecting facts of violation of human rights in Crimea and Donbas to file a new claim to the European Court of Human Rights, as the two previous claims are at the communications stage, First Deputy Justice Minister Natalia Sevastianova said.

She told reporters in Kiev that Russia has asked for the delay in the communications stage for the third time, until January 2016.

"They are trying to delay the case as much as possible and they have not yet given any answer," she said.
