KIEV, Dec. 14 - Ukraine's economic recovery has begun and the growth of Ukraine's real gross domestic product in the fourth quarter will be 1%, according to Aivaras Abromavicius, minister of Economic Development and Trade.

"The next year will be a year of growth. This quarter there will a rise of 1%. I communicate with businesses: all recognize that the worst is behind us," he said on the air of Espresso.TV.

At the same time, the minister noted that an obstacle to growth is the State Fiscal Service and the entire power unit: the prosecutor's office, court, the SBU.
