KIEV, Dec. 14 – The first set of bankers or owners of banks to face punishment for bringing financial institutions to insolvency could appear by the end of 2015, First Deputy National Bank of Ukraine Director Oleksandr Pysaruk said.

"The law passed in April 2015 is not still working. There are no concrete examples that someone was punished, but we will do everything for the law starts working… We hope that by the end of the year we will have first practical results," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
