LIMASSOL, Feb. 14 - Moody's Investors Service Monday assigned a rating of Ba2 to the Loan Participation Notes to be issued in a private placement by Credit Swiss International to finance a subordinated loan to Ukreximbank.

The volume of the issue will be $95 million, with the maturity of 10 years. The interest rate is 8.4% per annum, with a step-up in five years from the date of the issue.
