KIEV, Dec. 4 – Participants of the syndicated facility of $300 million for the Creative Group are trying to avoid paying $74 million they owe.

According to the claim of the creditors sent to the Prosecutor General's Office, Interior Ministry and Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry, in September 2012 Creative and several international and Ukrainian banks signed an agreement on the credit line with a limit of $300 million.

Participants of the syndicate are Ukrsotsbank (Kiev), VTB Capital (UK), Erste Group Bank (Austria), Societe Generale (France), ING Bank, Credit Europe Bank, Amsterdam Trade Bank (the Netherlands) and Intesa Sanpaolo (Italy).
