KIEV, Feb. 13 ??“ Ukrzaliznytsia, the national rail company, plans to spend about 25 mln euros to buy and deploy a high-speed Finnish train before the end of the year, Ukrzaliznytsia head Vasyl Hladkykh said.

Pendolino train, which can travel up to 300 kilometers per hour, or twice as fast as most of Ukrainian trains, will probably be used in southern routes, he said.
