KIEV, Dec 1 – Dmytro Firtash, the businessman who heads the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU) and has been abroad since the spring of 2014 due to legal proceedings in Austria, has decided to postpone his return, previously announced for December 2, for the participation in the FEU Congress.

"I deeply regret that the current Ukrainian government has taken unprecedented steps and done everything possible to prevent my return to Ukraine and to undermine the implementation of this plan (the plan for the modernization of Ukraine, which is to be discussed at the FTE congress)," Firtash said in a statement published on his official website.
