KIEV, Dec. 2 – The surplus of Ukraine's consolidated balance of payments fell to $229 million in October from $348 million the prior month, the National Bank of Ukraine announced.

The central bank said that in January-October 2015 the surplus of the balance of payment reached $228 million, while in January-October 2014 its deficit was $8.462 billion.
