KIEV, Nov. 30 – The Ukroboronprom State Concern is continuing negotiations with European defense companies on establishing technological and industrial cooperation in modernization of armored vehicles.

The concern reported that Kiev Armored Plant, part of the state concern, held talks on cooperation with Turkey's ASELSAN and Poland's PSO.

"The possibility of using elements of the electro-optical sight was discussed with ASELSAN and equipping of armored vehicles with optics – with PSO," the concern said.
