GORKI, Nov. 30 – Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said he regards the actions of the Ukrainian authorities aimed at disconnecting Crimea from power supply as sabotage.
"The region was left without power essentially as a result of energy manipulations, actions taken by the Ukrainian authorities. Legally speaking, what was done was sabotage, that is, destruction of industrial facilities that virtually has terrorist goals," he said at a meeting with his deputies on Monday.
