KIEV, Nov. 26 - Fitch Ratings has upgraded Naftogaz Ukrayiny’s long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'CCC' from 'CC', reads a posting on the rating agency's website.

"The local currency IDR has been affirmed at 'CCC'," reads the report.

"The rating actions follow the upgrade of the sovereign rating to 'CCC' from 'RD'," according to the statement.
