KIEV, Nov. 25 – The Infrastructure Ministry has drawn up a project to construct a new port which will handle cargo at moors and will be located in the Dnipro-Bug estuary.

First Deputy Minister Volodymyr Shulmeister said the scheme of the operation of the new port will be the following: cargos in small batches using low-tonnage fleet will be brought to the sea and they will be handed over to large-tonnage fleet at the new port.
