KIEV, Feb. 11 ??“ Ukraine will seek to secure $3 billion financing to upgrade its huge natural gas supply network, Naftogaz Ukrayiny chairman Oleksiy Ivchenko said Saturday.

He said the money will be primarily spent to improve the network??™s efficiency that would reduce its technological gas consumption to 3.9 billion cu m/year from 7.8 billion cu m/year.
