KIEV, Nov. 13 - Monetary base in Ukraine in October decreased by 0.9%, to UAH 318.5 billion, while money supply increased by 2.4%, to UAH 958.7 billion, the National Bank of Ukraine reported.
Since early 2015, monetary base fell by 4.4% and money stock grew by 0.2%.
According to the report, the volume of cash outside banks in October increased by 1.6%, to UAH 275.4 billion, and since the beginning of the year it fell by 2.7%.
