KIEV, Nov. 10 – Seed certification in Ukraine cannot be carried out as the Cabinet of Ministers is reforming the agricultural supervision system which included a reduction in the number of employees of the State Agricultural Inspectorate from 4,789 to 963.

According to a report on the website of the Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry, around 1,300 specialists of the State Agricultural Inspectorate were involved in the seed certification process.
