KIEV, Nov. 9 - Ukraine in January-October reduced banana imports by 34.4% compared to the same period in 2014, to 114,740 tons.

According to customs statistics made public by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, in monetary terms imports fell by 44.8%, to $97.84 million.

At the same time, imports mainly originated from Ecuador (93% of supply in monetary terms), and Costa Rica (5.6%).
