KIEV, Nov. 6 – A foreigner could be appointed as deputy head of Ukraine's State Fiscal Service of Ukraine to coordinate the operation of customs agencies, a well-informed source in the government told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The situation in the customs agency requires radical steps," the source said.

The source said that the post of the customs agency head remains vacant after the dismissal of Kostiantyn Likarchuk in early September.
