KIEV, Nov. 6 – A disruption of Russian natural gas supplies to Ukraine during the winter is viewed by the government as a potential “risk,” Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn said Friday.

“Of course, there are risk factors,” Demchyshyn said while addressing Parliament. “It’s a possibility of a force majeure event in gas supplies from the Russian Federation.”
