KIEV, Nov. 5 – Ukraine's Finance Ministry says that its last offer regarding a proposed swap of city of Kiev notes worth $550 million for sovereign bonds has not been supported by an ad hoc committee (AHC) of creditors, the ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

"The City of Kiev and the Ministry of Finance believe that the last offer made to the AHC represented a fair and reasonable compromise, which, however, was not supported by the AHC," the ministry said.
