KIEV, Nov 4 – Ukraine’s consumer confidence index rose 3 percentage points in Q3 from Q2, but dropped one point from Q4 2014, to 51 points, according to the Nielsen Global Consumer Confidence and Spending Intentions Survey.
The country remains the most pessimistic country after South Korea.
Nielsen said that a sharp decline in the index – by 11 percentage points to 41 – was seen in Q1 2015, making the country last out of the 60 countries in the survey. In Q4 2014 Ukraine lost 5 more points, but rose to 56th.
