KIEV, Nov. 3 – The Antimonopoly Committee plans to finish an investigation into the operation of Russia's Gazprom regarding gas transit issues before early 2016, Committee Chairman Yuriy Terentyev said.

"We're moving forward, working on two elements. One of them is relations between Ukraine and Gazprom under the gas sale and purchase agreement, and the second is relations between Ukraine and Gazprom in gas transit. As for transit, where Gazprom is actually a monopoly buyer, I believe we have all the chances to finish the case by the end of the year," he said in an interview with the Dzerkalo Tyzhnia, Ukraine weekly.
