KIEV, Oct. 29 - The Ukrainian Voters Committee forecasts that a second round of local elections will be held in about 30 cities.

"The second round of elections will be held in at least 27 Ukrainian cities on November 15," head of the committee Oleksiy Koshel said at a press conference in Kiev on Thursday. He noted that the run-off would be held in 18 regional centers.
