KIEV, Oct. 23 – The business community is waiting for tax reform which will ensure that tax agencies work fairly with a proper attitude to fair taxpayers and will fight against those who avoid paying taxes, the European Business Association said.

"The quality of administration and fair observation of the requirements of Ukrainian law by tax agencies sometimes have more importance than tax rates," the EBA said.

The association said it has registered an increase in the number of claims from its member companies against unjustifiable and illegal actions by tax agencies.
