KIEV, Oct. 23 – Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has approved a plan of priority measures to upgrade and enhance the state border along the coastline of Ukraine's territorial waters in Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions.

In keeping with the plan, the State Border Service was instructed to create by the end of 2015 a zone of continuous technical and visual surveillance along the coastline. In particular, it should establish new observation posts, repair and upgrade radar equipment.
