KIEV, Oct. 20 - Ukraine will cancel a deal with Russia that calls for construction of a nuclear fuel manufacturing plant, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn said Tuesday.

The deal was signed in October 2012 and called for the $430 million plant to be commissioned in the Kirovohrad region in 2015.
