KIEV, Oct. 19 – A Ukrainian agribusiness company reports that one of its Kiev offices was attacked Friday by an armed group in an attempted hostile takeover.

Lauffer Group said in a press release that at 08:30 around 40 armed persons in camouflage uniforms announced themselves as employees of a security firm without presenting their IDs and tried to enter the company's office and seize it.
