KIEV, Feb. 7 - UkrSotsBank, one of the biggest banks in Ukraine, is planning to raise up to $650 mln on the foreign markets in 2006, Boris Timonkin, the bank's CEO, said at a press conference in Kiev.

"We will raise a total of $600 mln-$650 mln," Timonkin said.
