KIEV, Oct 15 – Ukraine is preparing for a visit by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker on October 26 to discuss deregulation in the agricultural sector and infrastructure, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.

"Where is the delay? – The delay is with privatization, as the parliament has not supported the government's position on the introduction of transparent, fair and competitive privatization for the fourth or fifth time," he said at a cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
