KIEV, Oct. 13 - The number Ukrainian bank branches 2015 decreased by 122, or 1%, in July-September, to 12,600, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
According to the NBU, since the beginning of the year the number of branches has decreased by 759, or 5.7%, while in 2014 the decline was 2,077, or by 13.5%.
The NBU said that among the leading largest banks in terms of reducing their networks were PrivatBank with 4.1% (120 offices), Ukrsotsbank with 3.7% (ten), UkrSibbank with 3.5% (17), Sberbank of Russia with 2.5% (four), and Oschadbank with 2.3% (99).
