KIEV, Oct. 13 – The possibility of creating a so-called hybrid tribunal to investigate the downing of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Donbas is being discussed, Deputy Foreign Minister for European Integration Olena Zerkal has said.

"A discussion of another option is currently underway - the establishment of a hybrid tribunal," Zerkal said at a press conference in Kiev on Tuesday.

She said that in the summer the UN Security Council failed to pass a decision to establish a full-fledged tribunal due to Russia's veto.
