KIEV, Oct. 12 – President Petro Poroshenko said that the United States will continue to help Ukraine strengthen its defensive capability.

"During my visit to New York I agreed with the U.S. leadership that it would supply non-lethal aid to Ukraine. Namely, ultramodern counter-battery equipment. They have a high accuracy [rate] to reveal from which place the enemy is firing at a distance of ten kilometers from the front, and to destroy his emplacements," Poroshenko said.
