KIEV, Oct. 5 – To prepare for a global climate agreement which could be signed by global leaders in Paris in December 2015, Ukraine has undertaken not to exceed greenhouse gas emissions of 60% of the 1990 level.

The Cabinet of Ministers by decree No. 980 of September 16 approved Ukraine's expected nationally defined contribution to the new draft climate agreement.
