PARIS, Oct. 5 - French President Francois Hollande announced on behalf of the Normandy Four that the Minsk Agreements must be fully implemented within the established deadlines, i.e. before the end of this year.

"We have been assessing the results of implementation of the Minsk Agreements, trying to discuss their prospects during the whole meeting today. We must stay within the deadlines set forth in the agreements, implementing all of their provisions," Hollande said following the summit in the "Normandy format".
