KIEV, Sept. 25 – Ukroboronprom State Concern believes that active raising of private capital for the defense sector and boosting industrial cooperation with foreign partners are the key instruments which will reform the defense industry, Ukroboronprom head Roman Romanov said.

"One of the main goals Ukroboronprom faces today is the largest diversification of both industrial cooperation and sales markets. The achievement of these goals is impossible without applying the principles of cooperation of defense enterprises of various forms of ownership," he said at the 12th International Trade Fair Arms and Security 2015, held in Kiev on September 22 through September 25.
