KIEV, Sept. 21 – Donetsk Regional Military and Civil Administration head Pavlo Zhebrivsky said that he doesn't rule out the possibility of shell attacks in Donbas resuming after fake elections are held by the so-called 'Donetsk People's Republic' on October 18, or after the upcoming UN General Assembly.
"I think that the worsening [of the situation in Donbas] might start not just on October 18, the situation might worsen after the UN General Assembly. If the reaction of the international society is rather serious, there is probably a danger that rather serious shell attacks will resume," he said at a briefing in Kiev on Monday.
