KIEV, Feb. 3 ??“ A range of new services may boost the value of UkrTelekom, the national phone company, to $7 billion before the government sells majority stake to investors, Transportation and Communications Minister Viktor Bondar said.

The new services will include developing an advanced third-generation mobile phone network UMTS, launching IP-telephony, digital broadcasting and others, Interfax-Ukraine reported Friday.
