KIEV, Sept. 15 - Ukraine and Russia still have different visions of the price of natural gas that must be charged in the fourth quarter, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn said Tuesday.

Ukraine insisted the price suggested by Russia must be lowered by the cost of transportation as Gazprom spends less to deliver the gas to the country compared with its customers in Europe.
