GRODNO, Sept. 8 - Gas delivered to Ukraine via reverse mode from the European Union costs about $20-30 more than the Russian offer, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a press conference on Tuesday.
"Ukrainian consumers could get Russian gas at a price of $247-something per 1,000 cubic meters, however our Ukrainian partners, for some reason, completely unknown to me, have declined this offer. Additionally, it is certainly well-known to everyone that the gas which Ukraine gets using the reverse supply from European countries costs consumers between $20-30 more," he said.
