KIEV, Sept. 8 – Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has assessed the worth of Odessa Port-Side Plant at $1 billion but also said that the final market price would be established after a transparent tender with the involvement of foreign buyers is held.

"We believe that 10% of [shares in Odessa Port-Side Plant] should cost around $100 million. However, the market would define what the final cost of Odessa Port-Side Plant and other facilities under privatization would be," he said at a meeting of the Financial Stability Council in Kiev on Monday.
