KIEV, Sept. 8 - The State Statistics Service in August again recorded deflation in Ukraine, which amounted to 0.8%, while a month earlier it was 1%, and in June inflation was 0.4%.

Compared to the same month last year, inflation slowed down to 52.8% against 55.3% in July, 58.4% in May, and 60.9% in April.

Overall, for the first eight months of 2015, consumer prices in Ukraine increased by 38.2%.
