KIEV, Sept. 4 – President Petro Poroshenko has called for the introduction of a wealth and luxury tax.

He also pointed out the importance of creating efficient stimuli to bring payrolls out of the shadows.

"The level of taxation shouldn't hinder the economic development and the creation of new jobs," Poroshenko said while discussing tax reform at a meeting of the National Reforms Council.
