KIEV, Aug. 25 - The U.S. Embassy in Kiev has announced its support for the Koktebel Jazz Festival which will take place in Zatoka, a small beach resort just south of Odessa, on August 23-30, and not the festival being held in Russian-occupied Crimea.

"The U.S. Embassy in Kiev is lending its support to the festival by sponsoring the participation of New York-based Paris Monster, which performs on August 22 in Odessa and then at the opening of the festival in Zatoka on August 23," the embassy said on its Facebook page.
