KIEV, Aug. 19 – On Thursday, August 20, under the initiative of Germany, informal consultations of legal experts from the Normandy Four countries will be held in Berlin with the participation of representatives of the Venice Commission to explain the legal aspects of constitutional amendments in Ukraine to Russia.

"Taking into account the understanding of our Normandy Four partners that amendments to the Constitution suggested by Ukraine are in line with the Minsk agreements, the goal of the meeting is to explain legal aspects of the constitutional amendments to Russia," the ministry's press service told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
