KIEV, Aug. 14 – Creative Group, one of the largest producers of fat and oil in Ukraine, is in talks with investors about the company's restructuring.

"Creative industrial group is in talks with investors over the company's restructuring for its further development. Details of the process cannot be made public until the end of talks," the press service of the company said.

At the same time, market sources said the matter concerns a possible sale of the company.
